Quiet place in City Centre , clean and tidy room, we enjoy the pool , steam and sauna room. Love the heated lounger in the Pool area.

Far more expensive than luxurious (most expensive stay in all of London), but to be fair- one conversation with management and a partial refund was extended. Same manager came himself to clean a/c unit that was not performing. Besides the hope that this would have been done before our stay, the room was underwhelming, but again, staff worked to compensate us for that which the room lacked. Great location, however, just be sure you know what you are paying for.

Fantastic team, lovely hotel, amazing facilities.

Cannot fault the attention to detail and the great service at Apex City of Bath. Loved our room with balcony. If we’d wanted fresh milk we could have ordered it. Lovely touches like a lavender pillow mist and lip balm. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and facilities are wonderfully relaxing and definitely worth making time for.

Really nice hotel, room service, staff, amazing service. I will definitely be booking this hotel again as it’s so close to everything we wanted. Breakfast was very nice too! I enjoyed all the facilities available. Again staff were great and that’s what makes it just as memorable!
