The hotel was lovely and well situated. The staff were very friendly and smiley. The room was a good size and the bathroom was impressive for a standard room. The only down side was the window doesn’t open and bland view . Otherwise I can’t complain.

Pefect from start to finish We arrived early and they let us check strait away and gave us 2 complementary drinks and also toons for the spa lockers The staff here are brilliant couldn’t do enough will definitely be coming back Well done to all

It was ok

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good. The spa facilities are very well kept. The hotel itself was ok, a little worse for wear in places, could do with a refresh in all honesty. The bed was uncomfortable in my opinion and the towels had a stale smell to them.

Location was good. Staff were polite. However, for the cost of a room, the hotel itself was below expectations. The pool facilities were good albeit it was not ideal to be required to book a timeslot to go to the pool. At nearly £300 per night. The hotel was not on par with similar properties or some cheaper options in Bath. A good place to stay if on a work trip and charged to the company card. I would not recommend staying here for a leisure trip.

Great spot to stay & explore Bath

Room 127 had a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, like drains. Otherwise both rooms very clean & well presented. Staff were excellent, friendly & efficient. I found the bed very hard but the rest of our party were happy so that must be down to personal choice.
