We booked a twin for two friends travelling, to be honest a travel lodge or premier inn would offer a better cheaper option.The room looked out onto a roof and block of other rooms maybe 10 m away.The window wasn’t one that opened so you had to rely on the air con which I don’t like.The bathroom was good.We also had a disturbed night with music from a function in the hotel on the first evening. The room itself was clean and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast bagels weren’t fresh, and you’re limited to either the buffet or a few menu-selected items. Also, despite the hotel stating the pool requires reservations and has a guest limit, neither rule is enforced—and even babies are allowed in the pool.

The room was okay and have stayed before but this time was a poor experience and unlikely to return. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. A big chunk of hair stuck to the side of the shower wall and room smelt- ruined the stay as not convinced it was cleaned. Couldn't use kettle as filter broken. Only one night stay so was a shame and no time to rectify. Staff were friendly and good location.

Everything that we wanted for our short stay in Bath. Although be aware that the drinks we had with our meal in the restaurant were expensive. We paid £4 for a small bottle of sparkling water and £15.50 for a 250ml glass of Malbec wine. Wow!!

Beautiful clean room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and hot with great variety. The pool was absolutely stunning and relaxing. The only thing that let this hotel down was the evening meal, not cooked well, slow service (even though we were the only ones there). Everything else was amazing and would definitely stay again- would choose to eat out next time

Everything was fine. The fitness room is described as state of the art, it fell short of this. Dumb bell to 30kg only, no pull up or dip station.
