Great location within walking distance. Good sized spacious room and bath tub with shower. Nice bar area plenty of seats to chill and relax . Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again .

Staff couldn’t do more for us. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Crisp white bed linen. Pool and spa facilities were immaculate! Will definitely revisit.

All staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely and the pool, sauna area was great. Walking distance to sights, shops & dining. Parking was not far away and for 24 hours. Would come back for a longer stay.

Lovely stay ! definitely recommend

Was a great stay for my partners 30th birthday! The staff were lovely and went the extra mile with a little treat in our room on arrival and 2 complimentary drinks also. The room was clean and the tea and coffee station stocked up, also a nice big bottle of water in the fridge. All the staff were welcoming and friendly! will definitely return in the future!

This is a spa hotel. There is a pool with spa jets that's very nice, but no massages or other treatments. It's a bit farther from the train station but convenient to restaurants and attractions.

We had a great experience. We opted for some balloons as a surprise for a birthday, which we’re waiting in one of the rooms upon check-in. Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch.
