Easy access to the airport and Mall of America with complementary shuttle. Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly.

Great property with great staff. I have always stayed at the Embassy Suites honestly in the past and that did not work out this time so I chose this hotel and it was awesome! new favorite! The staff was super friendly and helpful which is key to me and the hotel was also great! Will be booking here again in the future for State dance and not at the Embassy.

Everything about the facility, the staff, the location, was fabulous! Truly the best Holiday Inn Express in which we have stayed...and the pancake machines were sufficiently "cool" that I had to take a picture! I had never seen anything like them!

The room was nice, fairly recently updated, very quiet and comfortable. The only downside to our room was that our bathroom sink had no hot water! The shower did but not the sink? How does that happen?

This property was so convenient if all you wanted to do is go to MOA! Check in was easy and rooms were very nice

It’s hard to rate the property on a few of these because it was under heavy construction and it was not advertised. So the front desk was relocated, the restaurant was closed and we had an extra long walk to our room with my handicapped spouse.. The shuttle drivers were both EXCELLENT. All employees were very friendly.
