I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special.

Perfect for a 5 min walk to BP Pulse Live. Perfect for 10 min walk to Birmingham International train station. Spacious hotel, good car park spaces and friendly, helpful staff

Staff very Friendly, hotel rooms for the price are absolutely amazing. Not going to find a comfier bed for the same price, just an amazing location.

We had a great night sleep and a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
