The Hotel is situated in the party side of Birmingham. Literally walk out and everything is right there, pubs and restaurants galore. I would have given 5 stars, but the parking cost is really high, just over £16 a day.
Staff were knowledgeable and very nice , rooms spacious clean and well fitted out. My only criticism is that the bar was packed and only one member of staff servicing so it took quite a while to get a drink.
The hotel was perfect and everything was so easy from parking to location for where we needed to be. Staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spotless, beds were super comfy and the food was lovely.
Great hotel in excellent location for Utilita Arena, restaurants and night life. Parking on site although quite expensive at £17 overnight even for hotel guests. Clean rooms and lobby, nice breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
Staff were very nice and friendly, and the staff property was generally nice and clean. Our only complaint is that rooms are stated to be soundproof but we were given an adjoining room and woken up at 2am by noisy neighbours (who weren’t making excess noise but we could hear nevertheless)

Location is good, easy walking distance to city centre shops and restaurants.
Bed was comfy and room nicely decorated.
We had to move rooms at first because we were situated right behind the lifts and they were VERY noisy. I've stayed in lots of hotel rooms near to lifts before and although can hear them slightly in other places the lifts in this hotel are really too noisy. The receptionist moved us to the opposite side away from the guest lift but we then realised that was next to the service lift, it wasn't quite as noisy and not used as frequently so that was ok but despite being the otherside of the hotel from the main lifts we could still hear them in our room although not enough to bother us.
I would stay here again but would remember to ask for a room away from lifts. We did not receive our expedia VIP perks but rarely do.
