Booked to stay here whilst seeing Slade at the O2 Institute; I've stayed before and always found it to be very good. Great welcome, good sized twin room on the eighth floor, and decent breakfast. I was able to order a couple of vegan sausages at breakfast, and they also offered soya milk. Everything was very clean.

We didn’t have time for the breakfast as we had early flight. The room was very comfortable and when we requested extra duvets we received them within 5 minutes ! Check in was so easy and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Thank you for a great overnight stay !

Shower tray did not drain. Insufficient tea/coffee items in room. Informed reception to clear drain block and top up tea service. This was not done. Hard wood bed base is slightly bigger than mattress - bruised legs. Main front door entrance on ground floor has steps, the disabled access area lift had a jammed door and pool of stagnant rainwater at entrance was still there next day. Reception staff dour except for one young lady. Location is very good, however for half the money Ive had better stays with travelodge or premier inn.
