Great central hotel in easy walking for ICC / Symphony hall / canal. Easy check in - asked for a room with a view - put on the top floor. Nice clean room, decent size and big tv. Complimentary breakfast which was ok - good variety in the usual buffet style. Good value hotel in the heart of town.

Good location, it is near the canal where we have quite a few choices of restaurants, also it is in walkable distance to the city center or if you need there is tram straight to city center from the front of the hotel. Great amenities, good security and the hotel is clean and clean. Just a couple things: the car parking entrace can be missed and bathroom door faulty coudn't be closed but not a big issue for a couple.

Room was perfect, very good for the price. Comfortable beds, beautiful clean bathroom. I only have 3 small moans. 1-Getting to the reception area was hard as neither the lift or door to the stairs were able to be opened/used without a key card. We had to jump in the lift as someone else was getting out. 2- couldn't find the car park, it's not at all signposted, I drove up and down broad street before I gave up and parked in brinley place. I wasn't the only who couldn't find the car park. 3- there was no one working in the kitchen through the night with minimal staff at the desk, those that were at the desk were very busy checking in late guests. There was a concert at the utilita arena which alot of guests that night attended including us. A few of us were disappointed that there wasn't a full menu and had to settle for pizza or toasties, even though it's meant to be a 24/7 service. . May I suggest that when there's a big event in the city you put more staff on those days? The staff handle things really well I think. Oh and the breakfast was great! Plenty of optionwill definitely stay again

Good stay in a very clean room with easy check in & check out. Breakfast was very good. Only criticisms I would have were that the Car Park is not easy to find, and more should be done to provide directions in this respect, and there was a £15 charge for the Car Park which I cannot recall seeing details of when I booked.

Good stay, disappointing brekkie!
Good stay! Room was fine and great location in Birmingham, all the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing though! Massive queues, areas not kept clean and food was cold - for a hotel this size and for the cost I was expecting much better!

A nice pleasant stay, the only thing i had a problem with was the very spacious area for breakfast but everybody was crammed into a small area at the very end.
