Very poor refreshment choice in the room, only x2 sachets of coffee & x2 teabags. No biscuits or water & if you wanted to have 2 cups of coffee each you were out of luck. Plus in the bathroom only 1/4 roll of toilet paper & no additional rolls; it was a bit late to discover this when using the loo! Room size was ok & there was sufficient space at the side of the sink to put your toiletries bag. Unfortunately No independant coffee shops nearby only Costa, Starbucks etc. Distance to ICC is ok to walk & leave car at hotel.

Could not fault this hotel. Third time staying and we will be back again. Staff were so friendly and accommodating - especially Maria Francis, who went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and our young children had an enjoyable time. Great breakfast and good location.

Room was clean. But the staff were amazing. Every staff we came across from reception to the host of breakfast and the cleaners , every single staff were so polite and so courteous. Room was good the hotel was good but the staff were awesome on a total different level. That’s why I have given it 5 stars.

The guys at the reception were good. The room and amenities need improvement. I have never in my life stayed in a hotel its room do not have fridge. This was my first and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Thankfully, our stay was only for 2 nights. The TV is like one i had from 2009. Who still use such TV in 2025? A LCD/Plasma TV. That was terrible as it ruined my wife and i's expectation of continuing a series we are following on Netflix. That made our stay a bit boring. The sofa bed has sharp edges of iron protruding out all over and posing danger to kids and adult. My kid got hurt multiple times hitting their legs on it. Myself hurt my shin while trying to reach out my kid for goodnight kiss. The room is not family oriented to be honest. This hotel will suit individuals on business more. I won't recommend it for a family stay, or vacation/holiday.
