Staff were pleasant and helpful. Initially the room appeared clean but the bathroom needed some deep cleaning. Under the rim of toilet and overflow in the sink were not clean at all. Behind the bedside table there was a cover that the screws were not attached. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast

The 1st dissapointment was that we were given a room at 8 30pm ( check in time on our behalf ) that had not been cleaned...the bed had been used & there were used glasses & half eaten chocolates c chocolates

Ok, long queue for breakfast, parking limited and if you can't park on the 2nd floor you need to use the car ramp to get to reveption fron leel one. Great fun with a wheelchair and suitcases!

Rooms were clean and value for money. However ordered a drink from bar (double gin & tonic for £12.50) and appeared hardly any gin. The gin bottle must have been filled with water instead! safe to order beer.
