Like most people staying at this hotel, we were there for one night with a flight the following day.
The three items we had at the restaurant were terrible as was the wait. You pony up to the bar to order and receive a little buzzing device to alert you when your meal is ready. We ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, a burger, with a side of onion rings.
After waiting half an hour, I went to the bar to learn the chef wasn't there that day and the manager had taken over. The employee said it wasn't a problem as things only had to be heated up. Uh oh.
She added that our order hadn't started yet, with four to go in front of us. She said the orders were done one by one and the manager was in the kitchen alone.
The pizza was doughy and had few pepperoni. The burger was incinerated to well beyond well done. The onion rings were limp.
We tried to use the television, but the only instructions were on the screen. That didn't work. I tried to call but no one answered. I went downstairs and asked for help and received none, with the only advice being to try again. That didn't work. More phone calls weren't answered. Another trip downstairs. I requested someone come to the room to debug the TV.
No one ever came.
The reception had only one worker with a long line. Not good.
The room was small, but the bed was good. The bathroom was tiny, with only enough room for one person and barely enough room to rotate.
The shower was good.
No closets or drawers.
Not for me.
