This hotel is extremely convenient for the airport. Luckily for us that’s really all we needed it for. We booked a “family room” which was two queen beds (and a pull out couch) for four adults just to stay the night before flying out. Beds were fine and staff was very nice. They have shuttles that start going to the airport at 3am, however this is a shared bus between hotels and it was pretty crowded by the time it gets to this hotel. This place is in desperate need of refurb, though. Paint is peeling, walls have holes, the sink didn’t drain until I messed with it (it had a large and disgusting clog) and the toilet didn’t flush properly without the lever being cranked multiple times. If I had been there for longer, I would have asked for management to address these issues but staying less than 24 hours it wasn’t worth the effort for me.

Cookie was great as always. Dining at an airport hotel required reservations for guests to eat. Room service never answered the phone. Front desk no assistance. Got a pizza delivered. Heater would just randomly shut off and not heat to set temp.

I was disappointed with the hotel, it was very expensive but a little tired decor wise and, I booked it for the shuttle transport to the airport but didnt happen, we waited outside (not allowed to wait inside) and shuttle drove past the hotel twice! Dinner was ok but overall quite disappointing, I will book elsewhere next time.
