The entire building needs a renovation. For the price being charged it is no longer value for money to stay at what is charging "upscale" prices at a run down hotel despite the location. The staff, as always, were charming and helpful! The beds are comfortable and the rooms had clean sheets and bathrooms and a new mini-fridge.

Was very old and not well maintained. My shower had pink mold and there was lots of plaster damage. Lots of holes in the walls and ceiling made me feel unsafe. We only stayed for 1 night and checked out immediately the next morning.

The room was disgusting. Filthy walls and hair on the bedding. Open drug use in the parking lot that you have to pay to park in. The front desk staff were nice, but that’s the only positive.

DONT STAY HERE. The face is that this place was absolutely disgusting and old. They have a bar downstairs that never goes to sleep, so you will never rest with all the riff raff outside. THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING! You must pay in the private lot and leave your vehicle surrounded by kamloops favourite homeless and crackhead citizens. Seriously, the pictures of this place are a lie, the staff when my girlfriend and I were here was abominable. One person working the whole night and she never left front desk when our toilet was not working. What a joke this place is. Its better to have stayed closed than be open and treating travellers and tourists to a horrible experience! Gross and overpriced! I wish I had my money back!! Will never be staying here and will tell others to stay away! Good riddance...

The best part of our stay was the gentleman that checked us in, he was so pleasant, professional and new to the position on-top if it - lovely young man. His manager however was extremely sharp, rude and lacked customer service skills. I felt sorry for him having to deal with her demeanour, it seems as though he had to put out fires for her. We witnessed her being quite short and snarky with other guests. The pictures online do not represent the rooms well. The beds are quite small and the rooms are run down. We made the best of a not so great stay but will not book there again.

The carpet in the hotel is stained and needs to be vacuumed. My room was okay, but everything could be heard from the hallway and I was woken up several times from other guests talking in the hallway. The complimentary breakfast had no dairy alternative for the cereal and no gluten free aside from an orange. When I was booking I. I waited patiently for my turn as a guest was finishing booking. When it was my turn, the attendant started with my booking then asked the man behind me if she could help him. I intervened and asked that my service be completed. However, the service people were not rude, nor unfriendly. Nice location

Quite possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. The check in staff was rude and aggressive. The property was filthy. The carpets throughout were disgusting. Furniture in the room was damaged, skirting was hanging off the wall and there was no soundproofing.Although breakfast was included, given the dirtiness around us we decided to eat elsewhere. Would certainly not recommend to anyone.
