Great followup
The hotel is a little outdated but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had an injury and let them know I'd appreciate a first-floor room which was very nicely accommodated. But what really impressed us was that we left an article behind in our room and the hotel contacted us to let us know and offer to send it back to us. This isn't the first time I've left something behind but it's always been me who had to initiate a request to find and return the item, so I was very impressed with the staff! A reasonably priced place ot stay for a family visit in Kelowna.

Great for a quick stopover in Kelowna
Really good for a budget hotel in Kelowna. Could probably replace the mattress, it reminded me of the old mattress in my parents spare room that is over 20 years old.

After a long drive, we were greeted by a cheerful and efficient front desk attendant, who had bright smiles and was a positive pick-me-up. The room was spotless, hallways and outdoor area was quiet, so we had a great sleep. Very settled atmosphere. The shower water pressure was fantastic, too. I would recommend and visit again.
