The hotel is walkable from the bus hub, the water , walking paths and there are tons of dining options around. The continental breakfast was good and they even had gluten free bread with a dedicated gluten free toaster. I will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at the Royal Anne before, so we knew what we were getting. It’s close to many eateries in the old downtown area, so we always enjoy being based from here as you can walk to pretty much everything. It’s close to the water and Kasugai Gardens if you are looking for serenity. We’d love to see a better breakfast offering and some more variety if we had an ask. We’ll be back again.

The included breakfast has a wide variety of quality foods to choose from, the location is great within walking distance of the lake and a wide variety of restaurants. The king suite is spacious with great views

Stayed for a concert. Great location. Large room with comfortable beds and pillows. No parking available at hotel - needed to park in parkade a block away. Breakfast had a nice verity of food and drink.

Had an excellent stay at the Royal Anne. The hotel is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping on Bernard. The room was lovely and spacious. It was also quiet. The staff accommodated an early check in which was very appreciated. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had an excellent selection. Far more than the typical fare in most hotels. We will be back!

The walls are made of tissue paper. You can hear everything in next room and above you. I heard neighbor turn on light switch and closing cupboard. Other than that worth the price. Close to everything. Clean. Staff not very friendly but seem nice. No smiles. If looming fir customer service uou wint be impressed. I guess that is why its cheap to stay. I will stay again though since close to my office when i need to go in

The staff was extremely rude and refrained from giving us anything we asked for. Not even water or any cutlery. We had to go to the ground floor everytime we needed something. They telephone in the room was of no use. All staff members had a weird attitude.
