I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 1 night. Being a solo traveler the staff here made me feel welcome from the very second I walked in. They arranged my airport transfer.
The rooms are top quality and clean with all the modern convinces, flat screen TV, aircondintioned and lovely bathroom. The decor is fresh and modern with nice ambient lighting.
The staff arranged my day tour of Hanoi and also my 3 day trek to Sapa and breakfast was a nice mix of Western or Asian choices.
As my train did not leave for Sapa until 8pm I was able to have my room until 5pm for half the normal rate. Even though I was not planning to stay in Hanoi after my return from Sapa the staff arranged for me to be picked up from the train station at 5am in the morning, took me back to the hotel let me shower and gave me breakfast. After breakfast they once again had my airport transfer arranged for me.
I travel quite a lot and you would be very lucky if you found another hotel in this price range that offers such friendly and professional service
All in all a great place to base your stay in Hanoi as its location is perfect and close to all the major attractions. 10 out 10
