Centrally located. Quiet. Clean. Good service. Excellent breakfast.

The night staff went above and beyond on our arrival. We had a scam attempt on us with our Grab driver and the staff helped communicate and resolve. Everything in the hotel was great. Only slight letdown was the breakfast. But maybe because we had high expectations (since food is so good all around the area). The only item we enjoyed was the pho every morning which was amazing.

Our stay at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the hotel was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given its fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Roachelle (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was especially welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi with top-notch service and a perfect location, this is the place to be. We’ll absolutely be returning!

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but my stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel was so exceptional that I had to. Even after 10 months (stayed May 2024), I still think about how incredible it was. I’ve stayed at many hotels, including luxury ones costing $1,000 per night, but none have matched Peridot’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The manager added me on WhatsApp at the hotel, making communication seamless. The staff was warm, professional, and always went the extra mile. The bed—one of the best I’ve ever slept on—was unbelievably soft and comfortable. The welcome drinks, fantastic breakfast, and stunning views made the experience even better. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hanoi, perfect for exploring. One moment that truly set them apart was when a taxi driver overcharged us nearly $100 for a ride back. The staff immediately stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and got our money back. Their dedication was beyond impressive. To top it off, on my last day, they surprised me with a room upgrade, making my stay even more special. This was, without a doubt, the most memorable hotel stay I’ve ever had. I always recommend my friends visiting Hanoi to stay here—Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel is truly one of a kind!
