Hotel is located in the heart of KL & Bukit Bintang & is great for restaurants, entertainment & food stalls. It is clean, neat & tidy. Everything in the room works, which is good. Lots of lights & switches that work. Great Wi-Fi. The room is of good size, but would benefit from a place to dump the luggage. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups. The bathroom is small, separate shower cubical, so no overflow. Water is nice & hot. So all good. On our 1st night, we woke up to a puddle. The AC had leaked all over our luggage. Reported this. We were moved to another room. After returning from a day’s sightseeing, no complementary water in the room. Phoned up reception, & were informed that they only provide water on the 1st day! This is sad. Every hotel we’ve ever stayed at has water bottles every day of our stay. This is the 1st ever hotel to be so miserly with the water. Another sore point are the beds. They have no head board, so when propped in bed, trying to watch the TV, the bed slides forward. Result – after about 5 mins, the bed has slid forward by a foot & the pillows are on the floor. Another first.
Also please note that this is a popular area & the main corners are a staging posts for local bands who pump out loud music till the wee hours, which can definitely be heard in all the hotels. If you’re a light sleeper – be warned.
Reception staff are friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable, with good advice for sightseeing travel arrangements & the locality. Good value.
