The staff and service are excellent. We got a smaller room with a kid and they upgraded it to a bigger family room. Recommended!

My only concern is that there is no locking bolt from inside the room. Anyone with a key card can enter my room from outside. There is no secondary lock, unlike all the other hotel rooms I’ve been to. Pls do something about this. Thank you

I liked how friendly the staff were. The location isn’t amazing. It’s not far from the petronas towers but I felt a bit unsafe. The bedding wasn’t great. First of all I think it’s polyester and it wasn’t nice.

Room is not soundproof. Check in process isn't smooth as the first room given is not yet been cleaned. But overall, the room is good. Clean. Bed is comfy.

Smal boutique hotel
Its a small budget hotel . Room is small with just a bed and small side table but very clean. Hot water is good. There is a tall cupboard for hanging clothes and mirror table. No fridge. Some room has no window. Walking distance about 7 mins to LRT Pudu ao quite accessible. Only downside is they have a bad card system and some rooms need to reset the cards every day. And also the wall is very thin so at night we hear loud door bangs and people talking outside room which can be a headache for light sleepers.

Expedia booking payment system is horrible
Full payment to Expedia but upon check in, the hotel said there is no payment received?! Had to explained for like 15 minutes and the whole process had to repeat again during check out time. Book the same hotel for another day using different booking website and have no issue. Expedia please upgrade your system.
