Pet friendly accommodation in Lambeth

This is my second stay, this stay much better than the first. At the first visit, the hotel was so disorganised, I had to wait well past the check-in time. I was not happy, but the hotel tried to make the situation right. This visit was much more efficient, although the desk person was a bit annoyingly persistent about up-selling various items. I don't blame the person for doing so - it's their job - but I had just arrived from a long international flight and I was tired and in no mood to hear the up-selling. A downside this visit was a seemingly large number of families with small children running through the hall by the room. I'm sure this was just a visit timing issue.One of the best features of the hotel in my opinion is that it's located just a two-minute walk from the Lambeth North tube station. Very convenient. Similarly, it is only a 15 minute walk to Westminster (Parliament, Big Ben, etc.).

The person we checked in with during our evening arrival wasn't welcoming or friendly but the person I spoke with earlier that day on the phone was delightful and Jaan went above and beyond to make sure we were accomodated and had every thing we needed - it was a pleasure meeting him and find a way to clone him 😁

Very comfortable Friendly staff

Great hotel. Lovely rooms. Peaceful nights sleep. Great roof top bar with view of Thames and Big Ben. Only downside was mattress was quite hard

A really lovely stay at Waterloo! Great location - Close enough to all the main attractions. We walked across bridge to theatre! Comfortable rooms and engaging, lovely staff! Would return!
