Good for one stay for me
Was not bad. Pretty central near Waterloo station. Family of 4 stay with one bedroom and sofa bed which took up too much space in living room. So not much space for 4 suitcases except entrance area. Eateries and supermarket convenience. Shared laundry handy. Bathroom gets wet from shower. Flush behind toilet seat & cover annoying. Housekeeping useful. 😐neutral face. Would try elsewhere if there's a next time in London

A good location close to the tube, different bus stops, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Walking distance to Elizabeth tower, waterloo station and graffiti tunnel. The only downside is that the mattresses were very hard.

The staff is fabulous; the quickly took care of our several requests and were always pleasaant and polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only thing that would have been nice was an outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom, but there was one right outside, so that was a minor issue. Having a tube stop at the end of the block was great. Also loved small stores right next door.The hotel is an easy walk to the Tate Modern, the Shard, Borough Market, etc.
