A great find in a very convenient location for Waterloo Station, the London Eye, or thd Imperial War Museum. Excellent views of London from our 12th floor room. Modern room, v comfy bed kettle, fridge, bathroom toiletries all provided at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

Disappointing
Last visit I had the heating didn’t work so thought I’d give it a go. This time the tv only worked for 5 mins or so, switch off, id switch it on again and so it went on. When I’d checked in someone came up to the room saying I had booked a vip package (unknown to me) and I was offered a bottle of water and a bottle of cola. I said I was diabetic and couldn’t have cola, no problem we can bring you diet cola. That never happened. For the price of the room the whole experience was under par.

Parking rental car behind hotel was 50 a night, plus congestion fee of 15 is outrageous for 130 for 2 nights stay. Room says it sleeps 4 but only has one bed and a pull out bed. Very uncomfortable and noisy. That being said staff was good and view from 13th floor looking at Big Ben and London Eye were top notch.

Great location as it's very walkable to all major attractions. Lots of food options in the area as well. Close to transit to get to and from airport or further attractions. Hotel could use a bit of updating but not too bad. Only major issue we had was with room cleaning. Cleaning staff should be better trained. We had to request cleaning multiple times because it was not done. And even when it was, it was lackluster at best.

We spent our Christmas and New year in this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, message them online for our needs and we’re responded quickly. Walkable distance to London Eye, Big Ben, waterloo train station and tube, super convenient location. Will definitely book again next time when we visit London!
