There was zero interaction between us and the staff, our flight was delated so I was able to check in so that we would have someplace to go to wash up and rest after a long flight that landed early am instead of the night before. When i arrived at hotel, went to desk to get keys she handed them to me and that was it. It felt very unfriendly and cold.
Usually when you check.in they tell you about the facilities, when breakfast is available, when the restaurant is open, what to do nearby.
The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view wasso nice, we had the buffet breakfast one, it had a lot of variety.
