Area was really nice next London eye. Very easy to get on the Train station and get around.
Hotel was nice. Last night at the bar staff wasn’t really nice and food was over cooked.
The location was good, but I specifically requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms are very close together, and mine was near the elevator. Despite my request, I constantly heard doors slamming, which was very disruptive. I ended up turning on white noise by my phone to be able to sleep
Danny the doorman was especially helpful but as a whole the staff was very good. The rooms were clean but the carpet, drapes, mattress and bedding all are in desperate condition. The one slight staff oversight was upon check out. She asked how the stay was and I mentioned the mattress and bedding and didn’t receive any response at all. Don’t ask if you don’t want to know.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice.
Failed to clean our room for 3 nights - I didn't opt out of cleaning. Our son's bed wasn't made on arrival. Staff member came to our room, brought sheets and told us we had to do the bed ourselves, as they weren't allowed to be inside the room with guests present. Mentioned we were just about to leave, to no effect. It was a "fun" moment to be on holiday and be treated to this.
Elevators get insanely busy around peak times (breakfast).
These downsides didn't affect the overall experience, which was positive.
Great service and lovely hotel. Beautiful view from the hotel. Lovely touches in the room. Walking distance to the London Eye. Lots of variety for breakfast but didn’t quite enjoy the quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Other than that, it was great!
Everything. Will be my first choice stay in London for future visits

We were given a terrible room at first , stale smell of alkahol carpet thread bare very disappointed had to wait half an hour to be shown other rooms , some of the hallways they are painting and doing renovation so it also smelt of paint
Only complaint was that hallway outside room needed to be vacuumed otherwise was a great experience

15 minute plus check in process way too long at 10pm after full days of travel. Restaurant closes too early at 10pm range. Gym sorely lacking quality equipment with two bikes broken. One fixed after talking several times to management. Rooms could use new coast of paint and are dated. Bathrooms of good quality. Overall, for $6k for two rooms for 6 nights, would seek other accommodations. JBR
