The rooms are a little tired particularly the bathroom - the water took a long way to go down so I was stood up to my ankles in water having a shower - as everything is diy/online I can’t really comment on the staff as I didn’t speak to any! Very convenient for getting around as close to Waterloo and lots of places around to eat

Location, Location Location
Hotel is in a great position, around the corner from London Eye and Big Ben. The tour bus hop on hop off stops are minutes away. The hotel room it’s self could use an upgrade but otherwise it was good and we would stay there again.

There was zero interaction between us and the staff, our flight was delated so I was able to check in so that we would have someplace to go to wash up and rest after a long flight that landed early am instead of the night before. When i arrived at hotel, went to desk to get keys she handed them to me and that was it. It felt very unfriendly and cold. Usually when you check.in they tell you about the facilities, when breakfast is available, when the restaurant is open, what to do nearby. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view wasso nice, we had the buffet breakfast one, it had a lot of variety.

Nice easy check in .. we had 2 rooms and we got upgraded to the executive suites with free bottle of wine. The rooms were lovely .. very spacious and view of the shard and railway connections Check out was easy too. I only had one small issue with chefs hair in my food while having dinner downstairs.
