Great stay in London
I love staying here - by the river and convenient for travel and walking on the river. Beds and sheets are super comfy and it is quiet. I like the water - still or sparkling available on each floor. Staff are friendly too.

We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. With the door open, we could speak across the rooms and go back and forth as we pleased. It was great for getting ready in the morning because we didn’t have to fight over the bathroom because we each had our own. This hotel is in a great area on the southbank and we were able to walk along the Thames to the various food vendors. There were taxis stationed out front at all times when you were ready to leave (except Sunday when we had to leave early for the airport) and also the hotel was close to the metro. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again.
