Let us check in early being as we flew in from the other side of the country and our plane landed early. House keeping was great and the area was super clean. Prices were very affordable and I would definitley stay here again if I visited LA

Hotel was reasonable, staff eere great. There was a pool, although we didn't use it. Area surrounding the hotel was a little run down, but there were shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location, comfortable enough stay
Staff and service great, room serviced each day. Great location for exploring Hollywood side of LA and the theme parks. Room was a little tired but comfortable enough for our short LA stay.

We had a good stay for a night. We saw many families staying there felt safe on property. Rooms were clean. The bed made much noise, area surrounding was average for staying in LA.

It is close to Paramount Tours. The property is not that great, but some tenants are renting the room. Drunk customers were sitting in the pool and talking loudly, and we couldn't sleep. The parking is tight, especially if you have an SUV or a pickup truck. Someone keyed my car. Also, there were some drug activities going on. I would not stay there again.

Our family enjoyed staying here as it was in an excellent location. Close to the grocery store (walking distance), with a pool, close to local activities, had a good washing machine and dryer, we received fresh towels every day (Thankyou so much) and it felt safe.

Disappointing from start to finish. No staff in the office on our arrival. We were worried there was no one to check us in. Someone showed up after 10 mins. AC was broken so we had to switch rooms. Second room, the phone was broken. There were bugs in the shower. The floor was so filthy my socks turned black after 10 minutes. Bedding was old and stained. Housekeeping dries bedding by hanging it over the fences around the pool. Unsightly. And not sanitized by the heat of a dryer. If I hadn’t pre-paid for four days I would have left after the first night. The pros: - The pool is nice. - The price is low, but not low enough for the condition of the hotel. Not a good value. I would have gladly paid more for a cleaner, more up to date room.

The pool and pool area is very nice. It is surrounded by lovely plants and trees. I like that the pool gets some shade.

Room was fine. Clean with no frills. Bathroom fan was very loud and there was a bit of a strange smell. There was no coffee in the lobby or limited room service, as advertised.
