I enjoyed my stay here I would have given 5 stars for over all, the reasons why I didn’t are because my room smelled very strong with bleach a check in, being as I’ve had chemical poisoning before it gave me a massive migraine but the smell went away after a good 5 hours, another reason was the people smoking right out front the building I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke before entering the building but other then that the room was great would prefer a microwave over a fridge, but the room an staff were wonderful I will definitely be back

The hotel especially ground floor was so stinky and the carpet around the corridor was very old. Inside the toilet are very dusty and there are spiders on the ventilation. At the begining there are no shampoo and condition. However given it to me when I asked about the soap. So it means that you have to asked for it. There are stained on the towel. There are only two tables in kitchen area where you can have a coffee.

The pros are include the staff are good, provided towels shower liquid soswhen requested the area is close to Hollywood area and universal studios as well. The cons are dirty, ground floor stinks, we found cochroaches inside the room couple of times, We founded stain in the towels.

Pros: Comfortable mattress Cold AC Hot coffee Large mini fridge in room (no freezer) Very walkable to many attractions Cons: Key cards repeatedly didn’t work (traveling up and down multiple times on a very janky elevator) Had to switch rooms due to maintenance needing to repair a sink leak: totally understandable, but we were put in a room with flooring that was literally taped together and the door wouldn’t close without massive force (inadvertently left with it unlatched) Cockroach in the bathroom Horribly uncomfortable pillows No coffee or microwave in room No toiletries other than a bar of soap No blanket/pillow/towel delivery when calling the desk (you’ll need to ride that lovely elevator again) No real creamer for the lobby coffee, and it’s only available until 10:00am

No Parking
We arrived late and was told there was no available parking for us to purchase, and had to park at another lot around the corner. I was with my three children at the time and it was extremely inconvenient to have to park somewhere else. I also did not see this extremely limited parking explained on the website.
