The hotel was situated in an amazing location close to everything. The staff was excellent. My only complaint is the noise every night from a house behind the hotel. Closed the window and it was fine.

Kind of scary
Pretty bad neighborhood. Black electrical type tape holding down the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Only 2 very small wall lamps in the room (besides the bathroom light) which made it hard to see. Vey loud...the room doors were designed to slam shut which happened at all hours.

It’s a half block off Hollywood blvd definitely a few questionable people and open drug use on the street, but the hotel was clean and quite decent for the price and location. Parking is an issue, very limited and they were sold out when we arrived I was told they sell it first come first served starting at 6am,. They do have a garage they recommend people go to but it doesn’t have in/out privileges …. I chose to use the park mobile app and reserved parking about a block away

The room wasnt too bad and the staff were pleasant enough. The location however was awful, lots of homeless and drunk/drugged up people roaming the streets. Very run down in places and dirty and noisy. Lots of noise could be heard from the room as well so earplugs were a must.

So I loved the cleaned of the rooms and property, but didn't like that we had to stay with our dogs, and there is no dog walk or grassy areas for our dogs.

I booked this hotel for 1 night, my family and I attended horror nights at universal studios and wanted a near by hotel to stay the night, this motel has been one of the worse experiences I have had, first of all it’s so but so loud, you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside and inside of the motel, the floors make a cracking sound all the time, you can hear it from all around the other rooms, there was even a leaking drop sound in our bathroom that was coming from the upper room, the mini fridge sounded like it was going to break out any minute, and to top it off they charge $20dlls for parking even when they don’t have enough parking spaces (you do have to leave your car keys so they can park it) they also do not have any shampoo in the bathroom, you only get 1 little bar soap, just in general this motel was so disappointing and dirty to say the less, and if you think oh well it just a motel, think twice because I have stayed in different motels 6 with no complain that’s why I didn’t mind the price of $200dlls for a night in thinks place just because it’s near by universal studios.
