The hotel service is good; however, one of the lifts is out of service. Given the large number of visitors during the peak season, this issue affects the comfort of the guests. Unfortunately, this problem also occurred last year.

The customer service from the front desk was absolutely horrendous. The gentleman at the desk was extremely unhelpful and did a terrible job in making guests feel welcome. Not to mention the parking staff were rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend and I when we came to check in on the first night. I regret coming to this hotel. The room was nice but the staff need better training.

The only negative was the valet/parking situation. The valets asked me to move my car from a spot in the hotel parking lot and then to get in line for the valet. Once we reached the front of the line they asked us to park our car ourselves 15 feet away from where we originally parked. The whole process was frustrating and pointless and freezing as it was -10. Other than that, had a very nice and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were easy to use and a bonus. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Enjoyed the convenient connection to Casino and OLG Stage. No need to walk outside in the cold weather. Lucky that they have a room available that allowed for check in earlier. USB outlets in the room does not worked. When travelling, better to bring the USB plug and cable. Can hear next door guests talking, and people talking at elevator area and corridor as my room was near the elevator. The above feedbacks are meant for improvement purpose for their renovation consideration.

Great location
A perfect location especially when seeing a show at the OLG Theatre or the Avalon Theatre. Parking at the Fallsview across the street makes it a breeze. All good.
