Under renovation. Rooms look dated. Great location. GPS takes you across from Casino, no sign of Hotel on that street. Sign is on the complete opposite end of Hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and for the price it isn't worth it. The walls are paper thing so you can hear full conversation's from the halls and people walking around above you and showers/plumbing from other units are very loud. Last time i had to change rooms for a hot water problem and was improved ti a “luke warm” water supply. This stay was the same no constant supply of hot water it would go cold/luke warm after a minute of running. Parking is crazy expensive even to be off site. Staff don't communicate well. The common areas are very dirty. Its not worth the price and I will never stay here again. Theres too much better variety in the area.

Haven’t been to Niagara Falls in a couple of years. Looks like they are trying to be the Las Vegas of the north. Lovely huge accessible room. Comfortable bed. Paid parking, but half price for accessible. Convenient to walk inside to OLG Stage, but it is a long walk, shorter to go outside. Prices are definitely not cheap in Niagara Falls and then they add a tourist tax even though we live close in Ontario. Hotel gave us coupons but might find restaurants without coupons cheaper. Disappointed in the lack of heat in the room. Cold January evening and cannot control thermostat in room, not bad for sleeping but awful taking a shower. Hairs in corner of shower. Started shower and found body wash bottle empty, not good. Nice stay if you overlook these issues.

Hotel smell great nice clean. Pool and hot tub nice. Staff friendly especially vallet doorman Steve very friendly. Only issue was the phone in room didnt work properly unless speaker phone and had unruley guests beside us made hard to sleep or wnjoy relaxing time

The hotel is very nice. Cheap stay with indoor access to casino. Pool was a little cool for my wife, but still nice enough for me and our 5 year old daughter. The one hot tub was set too hot where it wasn’t safe to go in… luckily there was a second hot tub that was perfect temperature. Gym is nice and open 24 hours. The TV’s have Netflix and other streaming platforms, but it had a mind of its own, and kept resetting in the middle of shows back to the Home Screen. It also has an HDMI box that stops you from hooking up any devices (PlayStation, Roku, etc.) which made tv at night a pain in the ass. Luckily I had a Universal remote to by pass that and change the inputs. I’m sure the TV issue isn’t important for those who are there to gamble and not watch tv, but those with kids should consider this. Arcades in the basement are great especially in the winter or on a rainy day. All the best restaurants are up in that area. Parking is ridiculous. $75 to park close and almost $40 for parking offsite. Luckily we get free parking from the Casino so we just checked our bags and then walked back over. For the coffee lovers, the room does have a coffee machine with complimentary water, and there’s a star bucks beside the lobby. The Starbucks is way over priced ($8 for a large coffee). Luckily there’s a Tim Hortons downstairs in the casino building (normal prices, short walk) Staff was very friendly. This will def be our Fallsview casino hotel going forward.

Close walking distance to many restaurants and casino. Valet parking price is high! self park is other side of back street. Public parking is closer for a third of the cost
