Great location. Close to alot of restaurants in walking distance from hotel. Close to train station. Easy to get around. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Would recommend. Great stay

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by the front desk team. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Not only did they provide helpful local recommendations, but they also made sure all our requests were met promptly and with a smile. Their warmth and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming stay.

The hotel is an excellent place to use as a base for London as very close to Paddington station and allows for luggage to be stored before check in and after check out. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable. We did not eat at this hotel so cannot comment on food.

The staff at the Mitre House were excellent! Attentive, helpful, and friendly.
