Exquisite little boutique hotel located in the quiet neighbourhood of Kensington Park and Hyde Park. Take a morning stroll in the park is only five minutes away. Attentive and friendly hotel staff with nicely remodelled room though a bit less spacious. Would definitely be back for a larger room.

Nice place, but very small rooms. Bathroom makes the most out of size, but still very small. Breakfast was £25 per person. Love these old hotels!

I like this hotel. It is convenient and reasonably priced for its quality and location. Make sure you get one of the classic/renovated rooms. They are much nicer than the standard/unrenovated rooms. If the difference between single and double is just a few dollars, go for the double. The single rooms are just one twin bed and there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, which means the room gets very humid from the shower. All rooms Have a kettle/coffee maker along with a little packet of biscuits, which is a welcome surprise :-) The location of this hotel is great with Paddington, Bayswater, and Queensway stations all a quick walk from the hotel

Wonderful stay. 10 min. walk to Paddington Station. Excellent staff. Property is clean and quiet and well cared for. Room was fine, bed comfortable, shower fine. But no USB ports and the safe was located 6 inches from the floor on a bottom shelf. So prepare to lie on the floor to access the safe.

Hidden, convenient gem
I love this hotel. It is conveniently located halfway between Paddington and Bayswater stations (a 10-minute walk to either) on a quiet street. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. Like most European hotel rooms, the room is on the small side, but that is to be expected. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was a little smaller then what I'm accustomed to or expected but it worked for the few days we were there. There is terrace but it's locked. The staff was amazing, so nice and professional. I loved how close the hotel is to the various tube stations.

Superb experience!
Superb hotel experience. I had a lovely quiet refurbished room overlooking the park; bright, immaculate and with a welcoming selection of room refreshments for me. Air conditioning was super and much appreciated during these hot days, as was the mini fridge. Decor and design in the room and throughout the hotel creates a very peaceful ambiance, which was perfect for me and just as I hoped it would be. Waking up to the sun shining down and glistening through the trees was wonderful. Rainfall shower was also excellent! And location also could not have been any better; a few minutes to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Wonderful! Checkin and checkout service were fantastic and I was very intrigued to hear of the hotel history. A truly delightful experience and I wish I had found you sooner. I very much look forward to a longer stay with you in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The room is cozy and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful, and it is only a short walk to the Paddington station. I would stay here again if I visited London again.
