The hotel is part of that line of hotels on Surrey near Paddington. The location is convenient and fabulous. The rooms are great - if smallish. The cleaning staff does a great job. The lobby is compact and the front desk is not manned 24/7. For the price, I would stay again.

I absolutely loved the hotel. I very rarely take the time to leave a review, but absolutely loved my stay in every way. I came to London for a total of 6 nights from Minneapolis Minnesota to watch the American Football Minnesota Vikings game. I stayed at the Best Western Delmere hotel on both the first and last night of the trip and stayed with some friends at a VRBO the other 4 nights. The location is amazing, staff is friendly, the rooms and the commons areas are nice, well maintained, and comfortable and reasonably priced! I would recommend for anyone traveling solo or as a couple.

Nice but noisy basement rooms
Nice place, high standard of finish but the basement room I was in was quite noisy in the morning- could hear the tube trains below and a lot of noise from other guests which woke me and stole a good hour of sleep.

Hotel was nice but very compact. Close proximity to other rooms resulted in it being quite loud for voices and doors opening and closing. Clean and convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was good. Luggage storage was most appreciated.

Our room was a bit noisy, next to the elevator. And the room was ultra tiny. No room even to open suitcases except on the bed. But it was clean and appeared nearly newly renovated. Excellent location near Paddington Station.

Not as nice as the Best Western Plus hotels I have stayed in in the states, but it was a serviceable stay. Charging stations are nice and well placed above the beds in the rooms. Hotel is laid out like a maze, literally. If anything goes wrong, you better know how to get to an exit, because it will not be where you think it is in the dark.
