City of Westminster all inclusive resorts

Luxurious hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Really clean and lovely spacious room. 5 minute walk to the Apollo theatre and Victoria Station. If you don't get the chance to eat at the restaurant, it's extremely easy to order food via the QR code for delivery to reception.

Very new-looking, spotlessly clean (watch out for the robot vacuuming the corridors), big comfy bed with high quality bedding, decent shower. Very compact, made good use of available space - but some may prefer not to have the bed touching the wall on 3 sides. Good location, friendly staff & cool lounge/cafe/bar area. Would stay again.

I had a lovely time staying at the Royal Horseguard Hotel. I want to give a shout out to Pervez the doorman. He was so helpful in helping get to where I needed to be. Was so nice to come back after a long day to his smile and more helpful suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We booked two nights at the Clermont solely based on proximity to Victoria Station. The door with direct access to and from the station and underground made it even better than we thought. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Our room was big and the free snacks and drinks were an added bonus.

Lovely quirky hotel efficient check in

It’s was our 4th stay. Apart from a few very minor criticisms, we love the place. Great staff, lovely suite, very good breakfast. Having been awarded Guest of the Day previously, how could we stay anywhere else. Terrific hotel.
