Extremely chaotic and badly organised hotel. Food from room service was left on trolleys in the corridors for multiple days. The elevators are a complete disaster, and getting to your room can easily take 10-15 minutes. We went to store our bags when we left, but ultimately decided not to because a woman complained she had been waiting for over 2 hours for the hotel staff to find and return her bags. Hotel is well situated but seems terribly organised and is quite unclean.

We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too

Great stay.
A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space.

The property was OK, could be better for the price. But we felt very disappointed that we left a bags with new leggings and panties at the nightstand and when we called 3 days later they said they did not find it an that it was too late to claim. One week later as we were in the Cotswold's for a week, my friend went to speak to the Hotel security about this incident as she use to work in Hospitality ad the head of security was super rude and said we wait too much to report it. In other words, be aware if you left something behind, is theirs!

Long family weekend at The Thistle Marble Arch.
From the moment we got to the hotel, which was situated in a fantastic location, everything was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was divided into two with a seperate seating area with a soda bed, which our daughter used. It had a fridge, microwave and sink for prepairing snacks etc. a coffee machine with coffee pods, there was a kettle with teas and hot chocolate in a cupboard and a complimentary mini bar with beer, wine and water. The bedroom and seating area both had a TV on the wall, with Youtube and the usual channels but also had an HDMI input easily accessible so you could stream content from a phone or tablet very easily. Lots of USB ports dotted around the two rooms, and at least one set of, UK, US and European plug sockets on the wall. There is a buffet breakfast in the restaurant and the lifts can get quite busy at this time of the day, but it's worth it as there is a fantastic choice of food, both hot and cold and omelettes cooked to order. All in all, an amazing hotel, with great staff and amenities in a fantastic location.
