Great location. Despite being in a busy area, room was soindproof. Check in attendant was great, after that, the staff were disinterested. Restaurant area on top floor was lovely, breakfast food cold and nit very good.

Perfectly located. Room was actually larger than expected. The hotel is clean itself. Because of the high traffic area, right outside the hotel, it can get dirty. The staff was very attentive.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Very convenient location to restaurants and theatre. To see MouseTrap is only a 5 minute walk. Underground is across the street.

Do not recommend this hotel. It has a great location but that’s it. Small room, AC didn’t work so it was super hot. Water sounds were really loud anytime anyone in room or other rooms used water. No TV in the room. Only shampoo as an amenity. Halls were smelly. Pretty self service no real helpful staff. Super basic hotel, only stayed 3 nights but an overall bad experience. Avoid if possible.

The room was very noisy when others were using water/shower (I assumed this was want caused the noises). This was throughout the night and morning and kept waking me. No kettle or tv in room. Little storage or surface space. Told staff at check out and they just ignored me

Quirky Hotel in a Super Central Location

Fab stay, 2 minute walk from Leicester Square tube station. Quirky hotel, literally a door off street, with 9 floors of rooms & a rooftop restaurant/bar with the most incredible views over London. We had a ‘cosy comfort room with a little extra space’ on 9th floor, room was small, but very clean, comfortable bed, windows with amazing views, extra pillows were brought on request, & excellent air con! Note there is no tv or kettle facilities in room. But Staff were so friendly at reception & in restaurant. Our room rate included breakfast which was really good, lots of choices. Hotel is in such a great location, 5 min walk to Covent Garden, Chinatown, theatre district, bars & restaurants all around, 10 min max walk to Embankment & multiple tube stations. We were attending Wimbledon & were able to get a direct train from Embankment which was so handy. This is a quirky hotel, will definitely return & thoroughly recommend!
