I booked a two-night stay at the hotel, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to change rooms after the first night due to scheduled maintenance. When I requested a different room, the hotel offered to move me to their sister property a few minutes away. However, upon arriving there, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, and I had to return to the original hotel. After all this back-and-forth, I was eventually given a room that was clearly designed for guests with disabilities, which made it quite uncomfortable for me. The sink and shower were very low, and the toilet had a bar awkwardly placed beside it. Despite the inconvenience and disruption, no compensation was offered, nor was it even mentioned. Very disappointing overall.
