Hotel, room, facilities, decor, staff and location were all fantastic for us. The only issue was a bad stink from drains that seemed to come and go in the bathroom and hallway outside the room but would not put me off staying here again.
We originally had stayed at a Marriott and decided to check out after a night and book here. This hotel is clean, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and over all a better experience.
This is my second stay at this fantastic hotel. Great value for a London hotel and just love it here. Facilities and staff are amazing. Cannot wait to book another trip.

Our stay was spoiled by the fact that we could not check into one of our rooms until just before 5. We had afternoon tea booked at the ritz at 5.30 so this made it really difficult to get ready in 1 room for 5 ladies trying to get ready for this pre booked event to celebrate birthdays which had been booked since Feb 2024
Good location especially for passington station to get from central london to Heathrow

Nice enough hotel, bar area fun but crazy expensive (£38 for two whisky sour). Reception are very polite but slow to respond to request (missing remote). Free mini bar was a nice touch but problem with drain and annoying whistling noise in the room all night was not great
We really liked the hotel, great location. The only problem we were downgraded, cut a price cut and breakfast which was nice and were told we would get the room we booked the next day, well that took to almost to 4-5 pm to get the room after we were told it was ready at about 1 pm, my husband never gets angry but this really pissed him off after waiting almost an hour after hearing from the reception after being told they would call right back, so Saturday afternoon was not good for my husband that waited and waited for service from reception.
