The room was very small but clean, however there was a mystery door in the middle of the room, which was locked and I found out when I get back at nighttime that it must be access to some sort of ventilation shaft!
The noise was like tying to sleep next to a boiling kettle!
So, I contacted the hotel via their app, as per their instruction, at midnight to report this.
I got a reply at 5am offering to move me to another room!
I’d obviously managed to get to sleep by then!
Hotel downstairs is stunning. Really funky with all the art work around. Nice reception and lounge area.
Band in the evening was excellent. Food in the restaurant was average.
Location great for getting to MoCo Musuem and Frameless, reason I chose the hotel.
Staff very friendly.
Only downside was the room lacked any wow factor. However, comfy bed and very quiet.
Nice restaurant on site and excellent morning breakfast .

This is a wildly expensive Hotel. We stayed one night and moved the next day to a much nicer one for almost half the price. Do not spend $400 for a night here.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and the service, food and the fabulous staff have always been excellent. One question, what air freshener do you use ? 😊

The lobby has a "unusual and slightly offensive" smell. Everyone on our tour commented on this. One night we sat at the bar and despite the fact there were 5 bartenders standing around, not one acknowledged us for over 10 minutes so we got up and left for a local pub.
Location of the property was very crowded and sidewalks were super busy. The lobby smelled of sewage, which wasn’t very welcoming. The front desk reception workers were super kind and helpful. Elevator situations were slow and chaotic. Rooms were small, outdated, and felt unclean. Comforter had large stain when we turned down. When we called to get it fixed, the lady originally said it wasn’t possible to get a new one until morning but eventually we did get a new one.
Great location in a very busy area right across from Marble Arch. Great restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby. Easy access to the tube and the bus to explore the major historic/cultural sites. Would stay there again. The hotel staff was great!
Love the decor quality, cleanliness, and service! Restaurant food was pretty good also!

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly especially Aryena (Hope I spelled it right). The lift area on the ground floor is often congested because the electronic system doesn't work very well and we have to scan a few times to get a lift to our floor. The room we had on the second floor was not well kept as the grout around the shower and sink appears to be moldy.
