Nice hotel and 5 minute walk to the Tube and 45 minute walk Piccadilly area. Hotel area had food options and small grocery. Room small for family but you’re not there to hang out in the room. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. It was 68 outside andd the room was hot and stuffy especially in the bathroom when trying to get ready.

Lovely staff and great location. The only downside is that the hotel is just really really hot. The heat hits you as you enter which can be nice on a February day but when your bedroom is hotter than the sufface of the sun at 3am it is stifling.

Really disappointed with the checking in process. They cancelled one of my rooms then took 40 minutes to tell me it was an Expedia problem. Then when we came back after they supposedly sorted it, they gave us a dirty room. This is with three kids at 11:00 at night. The breakfast was very nice.
