Awful service , terrible place
Awful stay from the get go. Arrived to chaotic entrance with very intrusive building and decorating taking place in lobby .Met by a rude bell boy who didn't communicate where to check in so we waited for 20mins next to the building site where he then processed the people in the queue behind us and when they pointed out to him that we were next he just dismissed us . We were eventually served by a rude receptionist who made no reference or apology for the state of the building .When she was explaining aspects of the hotel I asked her where breakfast was abs she snapped at me and told ke to wit u til she had finished speaking . So incredibly rude . we went to our room - very very small. Breakfast included is a joke - you can chose one item from the menu , anything else you have to pay for . You can have one cold drink and one hot drink only . No warning in advance that the hotel was going through significant and impactful building work - they should have let us know as we would have opted not to stay there . The fumes from the adhesive they used was strong so not pleasant sitting in the bar area so we ended up being in room . Awful place
