The stay was first class, the staff were excellent. Only issue was the shower tap wouldn't switch over from the tap to the sprayer. Notified the desk.

Nice stay, rooms are clean, good room view, staff are friendly, a bus stop near the hotel takes you to famous touristic spots of Edinburgh within 15-20 minutes.

This is the perfect location! We were able to park our car (£20/night) and was in walking distance to most other places. It was across the street from various restaurants and close to The Vennel and one of the Edinburgh Sightseeing bus stops as well as one of the Lothian bus stops. Steps from Victoria Street and only a few more steps to the Royal Mile and Princes Street Gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We booked a balcony room with views of the castle and loved it! The breakfast was quite a spread and very tasty! Would definitely recommend.

The staff is amazing. They were so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived and all throughout our stay.

10/10. However, I just need to say that the cleaning lady needs to observe proper hygiene as her body odor leaves a lingering strong smell in the hallways and in the room. Not being mean but just really need to give the feedback to better improve the services.

It was a very nice property- very hip and fun design They even had a Photo Booth!
