Melía Puerto vallarta was an incredible experience for my family. After a little mishap on our first night and the fact that the property looks a little tired; it was all amazing. Food, entertainment and amenities worth the stay, but in the words of Thomas Keller "in the end, all hotels are the same—a room and a bed; service is what makes the difference.” and it did Alberto as a guest service agent and entertainment had all the answers and lots of talent and Silvia always attentive for all guest services. Victor, Ignacio and Nabor at the pool bar. Antonio at the main restaurant. To say a few names made the difference. Everyone from maintenance, security, housekeeping, front desk and cooks, every member was always friendly and helpful. They are the reason I'd visit the hotel again!

We had a lovely stay after a 4 year hiatus. The staff made our time extra special!! A huge shout out to Oscar, JJ, Leo, Jessica, Pedro and Carlos. Thank you for everything!! We hope to see you all next year!

the staff was out of the world friendly and super helpful some names to mention where mauricio, and the staff at the beach and the team at the hibachi restaurant definitely made our vacation week a dream come true.

It was fun and enjoyable, the event and food was amazing. I will definitely coming back here.
