Good.
Everything was excellent with the property. The pool was nicely heated. The people above us were very noisy and we could hear them stomping around in our room. In addition, when I went to enjoy the pool in the evening there was a swim class happening with 6-8 kids. It’s not a huge pool so I decided not to go swimming.

The first night I went to go to bed and there was black marks on the sheets. I took pictures to the front desk and she said "there's nothing we can do until tomorrow." No offer for new sheets, no offer of a different room. Which i know was available. The next morning I was woken up by kids bouncing a ball and running back and forth above me. I asked the front desk to remind them theree are people sleeping below them and the did. 3 times that morning twice that night and 3 times the next morning. Man did i feel like a grumpy old man complaing but I needed to sleep i had important meetings. Did they offer to move me or them? No! No discount No apology. No customer service. Worst experience at a Holliday inn ever.

Conveniently located with EV charging on site. However, the walls are paper thin and also you can hear people walking upstairs. If you are a quiet sleeper, you will find yourself awake the whole night.

We called about significant noise beside us. It never ended. I slept maybe 2 hours all night. Kids and people loud, TVs, running up and down the halls. Partying. Total waste of money. $240 and worse hotel I have yet to stay and I travel globally. Will be letting everyone I know to not stay at this property. Horrible service and care for customers.

No glassware in the entire property if you wanna have a drink in your room. The glasses they provide are cheap and crack after a drink or 2 . Damage to the walls in the room and $300 per night …. Terrible ! Not worth it !
