My stay was amazing! Staff were so attentive, and kind. Loved the facilities and my stay, it is a great location (other than dumpster smell nearby) as it is a quick walk to Value Village, several restaurants, and Richmond CF Centre. Will definitely come again

I had a strange experience here with a man being disruptive. He had been groaning a couple times at 3/4am and woke up everyone and staff went and kicked him out immediately which I appreciated but the man was refusing to leave and it was awkward to listen to and a little uncomfortable as a female solo traveler to be in such close proximity with an unruly person I definitely didn't feel the most safe. If this place had more consideration of male and female separation (there are two separate rooms with pods) I would give 5/5

I booked this very last minute and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized it was. I had an early morning fight but managed to get in some sleep which made for a less exhausting travel day. Pros: clean, efficient, price, staff are friendly and helpful Cons: I’ve never stayed in a capsule pod so there were definitely aspects I found challenging including the multiple lockers, where to change, how to repack my bag at 5am without waking people up… Overall def does the job for early morning flights !
