Nice to have a balcony with a great view. Spacious. Consider like they do in Europe. One free per person bottle of water. They're really only $.50. Instead of $3. More coffee pods. Please.

My only disappointment was that I tried to compare to the Westin Whistler from last week ! No comparison to the quality and amenities of the Westin Whistler although the cost was similar!

Great location and staff! Only thing less than excellent is the bathroom in each room has an outdated window blinds that doesn’t add great privacy when sharing with other guests

I do often enjoy my staycations at this propery but noticed some changes on my recent stay. The pool was not peacefully accessible on one night because of a four hour long swim lessons wirh kids that took up two thirds of the pool. The kids, coaches and lifeguards blocking the steam room and sauna. It was not enjoyable. The Lobby restaurant messed up three of my.food orders which was not grest. A false alarm went off at 1030pm which woke us up. The front desk team were great in supporting my.concerns as it was out of their control but the experience was still less than my previous stays and made me think of looking at other options for future staycations and self care stays.
