The location of the “Pinnacle at the pier” is easy walking distance to the sea bus. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and scenic walks along the waterfront. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. The water side views are amazing! Hans at the front desk upgraded our room as we were celebrating a special occasion. We had a great stay.

Everything was great. Walkable distance to lonsdale Quay. Lots of different things to look around and alot of dining options. The staff was really friendly and polite as well. Would recommend 10/10.

The room was nicely laid out, and my family was comfortable, but we did not get a free upgrade - we got surcharges instead (pet and parking) and although I had filtered my search for “breakfast included” this was not true of this hotel.

Good stay!!
We stayed for two nights. Front desk was great. The gentleman bartending in the day was great. Our server in the afternoon was terrible. Walked by our table 3 time and we had empty glasses. Went for dinner the next night was excellent and our server was awesome! Parking is really expensive there even for assessable spots!
