The hotel is definitely starting to show it’s age and there is no longer (and I guess for some time) long term parking, wasn’t aware there wasn’t parking and was headed to the airport had to pay last minute.

Very long wait to check in, with two front desk agents and 3 other empty computers. Despite only 3 groups ahead of us it was nearly a half hr. Other guests continually interrupting needing things make me wonder if yall were drastically understaffed. Yet there were employees everywhere? Had to wait in line again to ask for pool towels, they were supposedly delivered but we checked our room and then the pool again and not a single clean one in sight. Tried to order food the QR stated room service was unavailable both times we tried. Finally we went to the bar in the empty buffet, as the only non employees there... was a little awkward but the bartender was super nice. The resort was disappointing, we've stayed here before and it didnt seemed unmanaged but its been years. The casino had well maintained machines at least there's a saving grace.

additional charges is a downer
We felt safe in the hotel. The showers had hot water with good water pressure. There were ample grab bars in the bath tub. Even though we paid the additional fee for a 3rd person in the room and paid the additional charge for the resort fee, we had a limit of only 2 bottles of water each day. The pool had a strong smell of chlorine, so we did not utilize the swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. We would have been charged an additional fee each night to plug-in our electric vehical.
