Overall Satisfied with the Environment, But Very Disappointed with the Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall environment and facilities to be satisfactory. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the service.
When I arrived in my room, I noticed there were no bottled water provided. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that normally there should be two bottles of water in the room. I requested that they bring up the missing bottles, and although they assured me they would, no action was taken.
Similarly, I called the front desk to request a comb. They told me they would send one up shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the front desk again, but despite trying four times, no one answered. Finally, I went down to the front desk myself, and after checking their messages, the staff informed me that they were out of stock.
It's quite shocking that a four-star hotel doesn't have something as basic as a comb available. What’s worse, the system failed so badly that I had to follow up myself to get an answer!
This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel can improve its service management to meet the expectations of its guests.
