Hotel Van Mishap
Hotel staff was wonderful. Shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Sure Stay uses the Executive Hotel shuttle. The hotel is across the street.

The worst trip from hell!
I booked this room for my daughter as she had an early flight out the next day. She checked in the afternoon and went out for dinner. She came back at 9:00pm and the front desk told her she was at the wrong hotel. After unpacking she had to repack and make her way to the correct hotel. Two hotels with same name. UNFORTUNATE & UNEXEPTIONABLE!!!

Property needs some tidiness. Our room door has quite a gap that light passes thru on the gap and you could hear noise and people talking from as it is beside vending machine. Underground parking is good, but the place is so pricey and does not have good amenities within the hotel. Its not for longer stay. I do not recommend this hotel for its price point, cleanliness, and amenities. Staff are quite helpful.
