A lovely stay in Victoria! Great location and updated rooms. Even though our room (312) was not in a great location near the elevators, the room was still fairly quiet. Bed is super comfortable. Be sure to check out the view from the 18th floor!

The staff go out of their way to help you solve a problem. Always very friendly. Loved that there was a shuttle available to take you to areas in the city. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown. Walkable to everything. Clive’s the bar on site is great. Views from the vista on the 18th are beautiful. Great price point for everything you get

Enjoyed all the lovely little extra touches to celebrate Christmas, including cookies and popcorn, holiday movies, and hot cider, chocolate, and coffee in the lobby. Mini golf for the kids and marshmallows for the hot chocolate. Loved having the complimentary apples too. Would suggest having coffee in the lobby on a daily basis too.

Room was too hot, stuffy, uncomfortable to sleep. Unable to adjust thermostat. No parking available even though we paid for parking $20/day. Cleaning service did not remove garbage. Room service & elevators extremely slow.

I just wanted to shout out the two men who were at the front desk on NYE at about 1030pm when I arrived. I called very stressed out due to not be able to finding parking & they were so kind to me. When I got to the desk after they assisted me they went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to access my car for my early check out the next morning to catch a ferry. Thank you for everything, you made my short stay very pleasant!
