Chateau Victoria was an ideal location for our visit to Victoria. We were able to park our car on site and walk to all the attractions. Our suite was spacious with a balcony and we enjoyed dinner on the top of the hotel with views of the harbour.

I cannot thank that wonderful staff enough for their kindness towards me. I arrived in a flurry at 12pm having a matter of hours to dress for a mid-afternoon function to (receive honours) and check in wasn't until 4pm. The staff understood that I was needing a place to prepare and dress in my ball gown asap. They very kindly made sure I had a room right away and couldn't be more empathetic and understanding. Upon my return from the event they asked me how it all went and seemed genuinely happy for me. I told them that the owner of the hotel was at the event and I made a point of singing the praises of the staff of the Chateau Victoria.
