Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Coast Victoria, service was excellent from check in onwards. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service, the driver was curtious and helpful, fact that we could comfortably wander the city and be picked up at any spot to be driven back to the hotel is quite a bonus. We loved the Fisherman's Wharf which is just under 4 minutes walk from the hotel. The ocean view room is definitely worth it, watching the sea planes taking off and landing right in front of you is quite a treat; although it does mean noises, it became very quiet after 8pm.

We had a beautiful ocean view room. The hotel was very dog friendly & there were lots of areas to walk the dog. It’s very close to Fisherman’s Wharf & to lots of walkable areas. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn’t like was no coffee shop close by.

We enjoyed the convenience of a short walk to Victoria harbour. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. New flooring throughout the room however the hallways were old carpeting and somewhat had an odour. Unfortunately we were given a room without a view or a balcony considering the hotel seemed not full. We would have given a 5 star rating if the view had been of the harbour instead of the road.

The first two nights one of the elevators was out of service which caused many floor stops and short waits, it was fixed by the last day and really this is a minor detail. The food and service at the Blue Crab restaurant was absolutely fantastic! Looking forward to staying at the Coast again.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. After we checked in, we found that there was an issue with our room. They didn't hesitate to upgrade and move us to another available room. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also have the Japanese bidet seats fitted in all of their rooms. That's a wonderful bonus! The location is also very convenient, next to Fisherman's Wharf and only a short walk to the city harbour. We'll definitely be back.
