The staff was excellent! I believe the building is going through a reno, and some things like the hand rail and bullnose on the stairs were loose. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. I found the price and location to be good. The biggest thing to be aware of is it is three stories and no elevators

Rude person at front desk
Room was clean and updated. Checked in late asked if it was possible for a for a late check out the next day when checking in. Was told it was ok till 12 noon that they could accommodate. At 11am had banging on the door I didn’t answer as it was kinda a shady area and any one could be outside. The phone ringed constantly till I was able to answer it and had a very rude lady telling me we need to check out and it’s 11am. I told her we requested a late check out and before I could say that we confirmed a late check out at the front desk when checking in at the front desk. She cut me off and said we can only do late check out from the front desk. I had to cut her off and tell her we did confirm late check out at the front desk when checking in. Ended up hanging up on her as she wasn’t listing and so rude. I Have stayed in many Hotels/ Motels both expensive and cheap and never had this experience if we were late checking out. Rest of staff seems great.

Great place to stay however this is the second time I have asked for a late check-out and asked at like 730 am just to be told that all late checkouts were taken for the second time in a row. Normally people that ask for late checkouts ask for late checkouts at like 10:30 cuz they slept in or something so how is it possible that they were all taken by 7:30 in the morning not impressed with this
