The building, the facilities, and the rooms were all very nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, there are many street-people in the area on the nearby streets and at night it was a constant party and loud noise outside of our window at the corner of Douglas and Pandora until after 3am. As well the crosswalk signals continually chirp away through all hours of the night like an alarm clock. It is hard to overcome the inconvenience of the noise factor. The hotel even puts foam ear plugs in the drawer of the bedside table for your use. So, while the hotel does everything they can to make your stay enjoyable, the local environment greatly detracts from the experience.

Genuinely everything about the experience was great and I loved coming here but Arlene small older lady who works at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive during check out and it was clear she was not having a good day.. everyone else was wonderful.
