Very comfortable hotel, clean and very modern rooms. Area is a concern because of the homelessness encampment just a couple blocks away but very close to the market on Government streetl, so much to see there

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable! Easy to walk to shopping & restaurants. The only thing is that Expedia shows there are laundry facilities on-site and they do not have them.

Our room was on the first floor so the street noise was very loud all night. The windows had absolutely no insulation / sound proofing so we could hear every person, car, music, and the crosswalk signal constantly beeping. I do not recommend this room if you plan on getting a good nights sleep. We brought up the issue to the front desk and the manager said they would get in touch with us within the next couple days but we haven’t heard from them yet and it’s been 2 weeks. Upon checking out, we even heard the manager telling another party that she doesn’t want to give them our room because it’s a “bad room” and very noisy at night. If you stay in this hotel, definitely make sure you don’t get a first floor room or else there’s no chance of sleeping.

It was great! The toilet stopped working and they immediately try to fix it and when they could not fix it they moved us to another room (which was very close to the one we were in!). Great job and service!

Good hotel with excellent location and very nice staff. Room was missing some amenities like hand soap, shower cap, Q-Tips. Parking ($25) was easy with multiple re-entry allowed. No on-site breakfast but some good options close-by (John’s Cafe).

We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. We had just flew in from Toronto The staff were very helpful with parking suggestions and where to eat. Our room was very clean. We liked that the hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing.
