We travel to Victoria often and the Rialto is our top hotel choice for style + value. The rooms are nicely appointed and always spotless. The staff are fantastic and accommodating. It is a great location for heading out for cocktails (the Palms is fantastic!) and there are many excellent restaurants nearby that you can walk to in just minutes. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a really good location and the room was clean and bed was comfy! the heated floors are nice in the bathroom. We went for dinner and drinks at the restaurant there and it was so good. 10/10. I would say that our only complaint was how cold the hallways and dining area was. It’s middle of winter and they had the AC cranked and everyone was wearing jackets at dinner. But we did ask for them to turn up the heat and i believe the waitress did so that was nice. All and all would recommend this hotel and will be back again!

I reserved 2 Queen suites for myself and one of my employees. I found it disappointing that your team not only gave us 1 queen suite and 1 standard queen room, but they put my junior employee in the suite and me, the individual who completed the booking and paid for the rooms. One would think that the front desk auditor would recognize this when I was checking in. I brought it up and the front desk was going to change room, but at an inconvenience of me repacking and waiting for them to make the changes, I requested the staff make the move while I was in my afternoon meeting and I was told no, my belongings were to be moved by me when they were ready. The reviews I read prior to booking were incorrect regarding the individuals I dealt with at the front desk. Bill Grimard

Our smoke alarm was going off at 3 AM due to a needed battery change. We ended up having to go to the lobby and were reassigned another room. We were told the Manager was not in upon checkout and were not given any kind of apology or to expect a follow up from management. Tired and disappointed upon checkout .
