Stay was ok, not much time spent in room. The room was clean, beds comfortable. I thought the kitchenette was an odd feature in a room didn't even have a table. The shower was brutal. For $30 you can buy decent shower heads. This minor investment is much needed. Staff was generally friendly. Would I stay here again? Yes as the price point was excellent. But next time I'd be prepared with certain amenities

Very clean rooms and all the amenities our family needed in the suite. What stood out was the excellent service, room was prepared earlier than scheduled due to our earlier than expected arrival. Offer of an alternative suite offered and staff genuinely could not have done more for us. Superb service and will be staying again when we visit Victoria again!

It was Christmas day and I was surprised Red Lion did not have coffee in their Lobby. The coffee in the room taste terrible. I asked the front attendant for good coffee and he showed me some shops around knowing that everything is closed for Christmas day.

It is the second time I stayed at Red Lion. This time, I found they did new renovations at the lobby and also the rooms too. The room is small but it is good in size with all we needed. There are many electric plugs inside the room which fit our phone chargers and our water kettle.
