As this is a heritage building it is rather unique. The lone thing they could supply in the rooms is a clock radio and possibly a TV. Radio possible but TV may not be due to heritage rullings.

During a business trip to Victoria, I stayed one night at this charming hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The self-check-in process was seamless and innovative. Detailed instructions, including the location of my room key, were emailed to me beforehand, allowing for a smooth, independent arrival. The room itself was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. While the room lacked a TV, I didn't miss it, as I wasn't there for entertainment. Shared amenities like the well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and complimentary tea and coffee were a thoughtful touch. The host was warm and accommodating, enhancing the stay with their genuine hospitality. Although I couldn't try the reasonably priced breakfast due to time constraints, I appreciated its availability. The hotel's proximity to a historic castle added to its charm and made the neighborhood feel special. One minor downside was parking; arriving late meant I had to park a bit farther away. However, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience. A big thank-you to the hotel's management and staff for their excellent service. I hope to return on future visits to Victoria and highly recommend this place to others!

It’s a heritage building and eveything are vitage and it feels like living in 1900s. However it was not very clean, and it didn’t have essentials such as toothpaste in the room.

This was my second visit for a quick night stay at Craigmyle in Victoria. It is a lovely property with a homey vibe. My room this time had a comfortable twin bed and the convenience of a kitchenette, my only complaints were that the window could use some type of blind to block out the street lights and the bed could use more comfortable pillows. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay and will probably be back again.

Had the most amazing time staying at The Craigmyle! Loved the property, how easy it was to walk anywhere (also felt so safe as a solo female traveler), and the kindness of the staff. Only downside is I wish I was there longer. Telling everyone I know they need to visit Victoria and this is the perfect place to experience the city.

The team at The Craigmyle has thought of absolutely everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You're invited to "lose your shoes" and grab a clean pair of house slippers on arrival. There is a delicious daily breakfast for just $10. You can also use the kitchen to cook a meal or use the laundry facilities free of charge. Craigdarroch Castle is literally in the backyard. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the popular Government Street. I was a solo female traveler, and I felt perfectly comfortable walking the neighborhood alone throughout the day and into the evening. I will definitely stay here again. I've been to more than 60 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Few others have been as thoughtful and intentional in their offerings for guest.
