Lovely Studio suite

The unit was nicely located for our use. Very clean and quiet, Full kitchen and even an on suite washer and dryer. Our host was friendly and helpful. They had stocked the fridge with a few things to get us going so we didn’t have to rush out and shop upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Lovely garden suite

This suite was perfect for us. We needed to be close to the University for the Canada West Performing Arts Festival. The suite was within 5minutes. It was clean and nicely fitted. A wonderful place to unwind.

Lovely apartment close to Uvic

Cathie’s apartment was perfect for our visit to Victoria. It’s very close to Uvic and just a short drive into the city. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Our big living room window faced their gorgeous flower garden. We loved the breakfast items that Cathie provided (eggs, bread, juice, bananas) and we would definitely stay here again.

Had an awesome stay at Waterloo Garden. The suite is exceptional...clean, bright, cozy and comfortable. All the amenities you need and a few extras to ensure a comfortable stay. Cathie was tremendous at communicating with us prior to arriving, check in/out was super easy. She was also in touch with us during the stay to make sure things were good as the weather turned a bit nasty. We will be be staying here again next trip.

Was looking for a property that was clean, quiet, close to amenities and bus routes (as I was without a vehicle), and for a reasonable price. This unit did not disappoint! The location was perfect; on a quiet street, close to a bus stop, but had parking as well. Very clean, well maintained unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, basic pantry items, and even an assortment of breakfast choices! It is quite obvious that a ton of care and thought was put in to the unit. Cathie, the host, is amazing! 10/10 would stay here again!
