I always stay at Crystal resort. This time gave Listel a try. The front desk person was not really interested in answering any questions, pointed me to the barcode for any info. They didn't have parking available, so they pointed me to a parking outside which was not exactly where they mentioned in the map. I had multiple back and forth trips between the hotel and finding a parking spot. If they didn't have parking, the least they could do is properly guide me where to park. I eventually found a parking on my own and called it a night. Their jet pool looked dirty as well. Stinky in there so didn't even try.

Reasonable price hotel
This is our 2nd time stay here for ski trip. My husband and I have stayed in a few different hotels in Whistler. This hotel has very compatible price in whistler village. We also like 2 queen beds in the room, so each of us can have own bed for a better sleep. It is nice and clean, 7 mins walk to Gondola. Parking $28 extra, no EV-charging. We expected a microwave in the room, but not.

We had a incident in my sisters room which was connected to ours, they ended up relocating us to 2 different rooms still adjoining but they were both smaller then we had, which made for tight quarters for the 4 of us to play table games in the evenings

Great stay in the village !
We had a great stay here, from early check-in to a room upgrade and super friendly from desk staff. This place was awesome. We loved the in-room fireplace ! A couple upgrades are in order : The in-room shower could use an upgrade as it has zero water pressure and you can have either lava hot or ice cold, but nothing in between. The hot tub was nice and hot, I only wish we could see outside and enjoy looking at the faking snow, but they have the windows frosted so you can’t see out.
