On Wednesday the 19th of February, my sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Chester . From start to finish , even during the booking stage of our stay , was absolutely incredible. The care and attention the three beautiful girls gave us at reception was second to none . You were my absolute angels ,as it was a very important stay , reuniting with my sister after over 50 years apart. When we arrived on the day of our stay , there was thdxwarmest welcome and a caring hug. They really did share our joy . They had chosen a beautiful room overlookung the street , a beautiful breakfast was kindly organised for us , and a hand written card poetlically put together for this special occasion. The beautiful room was welcoming and warm, a gorgeous bathroom complete with Elemis bath products . I want to thank my three angels on reception ,for both Tuesday evening helping me to secure my stay and on the Wednesday when we arrived. I will never forget the contribution you all made to make this experience something really unforgettable. Your service is absolutely incredible and i will be returning again soon. A truly excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their friendly, helpful demeanor. The signature warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a delightful touch – and the reception staff even treated me to an extra one! The room was immaculately presented and of high quality, perfect for my overnight business stay. The hotel's restaurant deserves special mention, serving food that exceeded my expectations in both quality and presentation. While my stay was brief, the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. The convenient airport location combined with such outstanding service makes this DoubleTree an excellent choice for business travelers. Highly recommended for anyone needing accommodation near Manchester Airport.

The hotel was booked for my son as he was flying out early the next morning. Good location on airport site but not walkable to the terminals. They offer a free courtesy bus however if it’s an early flight this needs to be booked at reception .

Hotel very modern and very clean. Staff helpful and breakfast was a good offering.
