First time staying, and would come back to try the spa next time as it looked enjoyable. The restaurants were nice, decent selection of food and wine. The room was comfortable, and all of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Certainly would visit again.

I stayed here because of the pool and the kids playroom. Everything was great, walking distance to the restaurant and the O Train. Museums are one bus away from the hotel. Staff was beyond super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn due to its convenient location close to Hwy but quiet inside. Free parking in the garage with free EV chargers was a big plus. You can unload your luggage indoors and take the elevator to your room. Indoor swimming pool was nice and clean, no other people on a weekday morning. Beds were big and comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a microwave and an extra sink in the room. Breakfast was adequate with various cold and hot food options and fresh fruits. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Staff were very professional and friendly. Good hotel option within a short drive to downtown Ottawa and Gatineau.
