We have recently had numerous guests have more than 4 people in the apartment, loud music, excessive rubbish, breakages...basically a party.
This is a breach of our house rules & we are now enforcing a zero tolerance policy.
The building management has onsite security & we have instructed them, if ANY complaints from other residents to escort guests out + the cost of this security company will be on-billed to the guest.
If you have any thought of breaching our strict house rules, then you are best to book elsewhere.

We’ve set up our bright, stylish fully air-conditioned apartment to have everything that you’ll need + it’s the perfect base to explore everything Brisbane.
Literally, it's a short walk to the Cultural Precinct (QPAC, GOMA, Museum + Library), take a stroll through Southbank, pack your swimmers for a dip at the Beach, jump on a City Cat &/or a short walk over the bridge into the CBD.
Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open plan living, kitchen, dining + funky artwork & you’ll feel right at home with Bose Sound System, WiFi, Netflix, Washing machine + Dryer, Queen size beds, well equipped Kitchen, huge Balcony and did we mention the view!
