Very satisfactory, staff were very kind and helpful. Very convenient location. However the bed was broken with a missing leg, and we had to make shift a temporary fix as we needed to sleep.

Early morning flight, no problem
1st time staying for a very early flight, great service, wake up call on time, airport shuttle on time. So convenient loved my room with view of the city and the planes coming and going. Highly recommend

Trying to find the right walkway to the hotel from international terminal was a real pain. We thought it would be so simple. Went the wrong direction at first and then directed to get there through the first level of the airport carpark. Finally found the correct access on the third attempt after finding ourselves looking hopelessly across to the hotel from McDonald's. Hot and bothered.

Nice hotel for one night
Stayed for one night after a long flight. The room is nice, nothing to do in the area. There is a restaurant in the hotel and Macdonald nearby. Very efficient shuttle service.

Stayed after long haul flight. Hotel shuttle service picks up from bus stop outside arrivals. 2 minute ride. Easy check in with lovely reception staff. Room was fab, really spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was really comfortable and room vey quiet. Breakfast was good with perfect poached eggs! Totally recommend to any travellers needing to rest after a long trip.

The property inside the area as great but outdide was a building site. There was no footpath to get from the airport to the hotel. As we had been traveling fir a few hours and the hotel was only 5 mins away (according to Google) we thought walking would be a good idea. Please take it from us to call the free shuttle bus!

Outstanding Customer Service
Very convenient hotel within walking distance to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I mistakenly booked a room for a day before our actual arrival. I didn't realize I had done this until I received an email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went. I immediately reached out to the hotel via email to explain what happened. I asked that they move the reservation to the next day. In the meantime I went ahead and booked a room for the next day to ensure we had somewhere to stay. When I checked in I hadn't heard back from the hotel, so I didn't mention it to the hotel staff because I figured it was my error and I would just be out of luck. The next day I received an email thanking me for booking the correct day and informing me that they had submitted a refund for the incorrect day. They didn't have to do that and I greatly appreciate it. That's what you call customer service!
